Our Services

       Home Listing / Moving       

If you are considering moving and already have an amazing realtor, we work alongside your realtor to take care of everything else and stick to timelines…including:

  • Listing Prep (If your home needs Decluttered, Organization, Staging, Repairs, or Maintenance before its listing to maximize your sale price…we got you!)

  • Packing (Includes- furniture disassembly & Wrapping + fragile items & valuables with professional labeling by category for ideal loading & unloading)

  • Donations (Anything you aren’t taking with you we can list & sell for you or donate to a charity of your choosing)

  • Materials/ Truck / Resources (We identify your needs and take care of all materials including boxes, blankets, bubble wrap, straps, etc… to save you time & money)

  • Transportation (Truck rental & drive it…storage unit (if needed) as well as loading and transportation to the new home be it a few miles away or out of state)

  • Unpacking & Set Up (Once your belongings arrive at the new home we can unload and even set up major items like furniture & bed assembly, electronics, and heavy items)

  • Clean Out (Once your existing home is empty, we do a full top to bottom clean out to ensure it’s ready to go for the buyer’s final walk-through or if renting, to maximize your deposit return)

  • Realtor (If you aren’t working with a relator, Anna is a Top Performing relator who is skilled in helping you sell your home for top dollar!

       Estate Sales             

If you are downsizing, transitioning to an assisted living, or just moving and have a lot of stuff you can’t take with you but don’t want to give away at a garage sale…. consider an Estate Sale which includes:

  • Virtual Auction (Being an authorized estate sale company enables us to tap into 4.4 million monthly shoppers and 2.5 million email subscribers!)

  • On-Site Estate Sale (We advertise locally, regionally, and nationally while managing every aspect start to finish. This is not a garage sale for a few select unwanted items…this is mostly whole home or business liquidations from picture frames to vehicles.)

  • Donations (Anything that doesn’t sell that you don’t intend to keep will be donated to a charity of your choosing and we even collect the tax deduction slips for you as well!)

  • Experienced Staff (Our staff is familiar with efficiently & properly categorizing, pricing, and marketing antiques, collectables, one-of-a-kinds, and big-ticket items as well as the mountain of regular items that really add up. identify your needs and take care of all materials including boxes, blankets, bubble wrap, straps, etc… to save you time & money)

  • Shipping (For items sold virtually, we take care of packaging, insuring, shipping, and payment collection. Truck rental & drive it…storage unit (if needed) as well as loading and transportation to the new home be it a few miles away or out of state)

  • Set Up & Take Down (We have everything needed…clothing racks, pricing guns, multi-tier displays, extra tables, neighborhood signage, cash register, and multiple staff to organize, price, professionally photograph, then list, market, sell, and collect payment of your items. When the sale is over…we clean up, put what’s left back or prep for clean-out.)

  • Payments (We are set up to process payments through a variety of options including Zell, Venmo, Pay Pal, and Debit/Credit Cards.)

         Home Management          

Even if you aren’t moving or selling things, we have options to support you as well:

  • Declutter (If you home is like most others, and you can’t believe all the “Stuff” you’ve acquired over the years and now you want to reclaim your space be it in the garage or house…we are here to help. Like many of the above services, we can sell, donate, or dispose of the stuff filling you’re house you don’t need. Stuff in the back or side yard you just haven’t got to throwing away, we do trash/junk hauling. We are here to help you find that space in your house you forgot you had!)

  • Organization (During our free consultation, we get to know your needs & goals. We seek to understand how you & your family operate within your house, and we partner with you to find undiscovered opportunities to streamline many of the daily tasks that tend to bottleneck our clients. We implement efficient and visually pleasing organization and storage options, to set you up to where running the household is no longer overwhelming and giving you time back for what’s really important!)

  • Absent Owner Services (When you aren’t there to take care of your home, we are…be it a week’s vacation/business trip or a few months living the snowbird life. We can care for pets, plants, conduct property checks, serve as your close point of contact for any emergencies that arise. We can ensure your pool or yard continue to be properly maintained and can bring in package deliveries and ensure your mailbox doesn’t overflow. These are just a few of the most common services but we are open to any requests as well as everyone’s situation is different.)

Ask Anna was a family business from the very start. Despite our continued growth over the years…it still is and always will be a family business!

Our mother, Rose “Rosie” was a realtor and not surprisingly, both her daughters became…you guessed it, relators. I grew up both as a kid and a parent with Rosie behind me every step. It was through her that we witnessed the bond and friendships with countless family friends we later found out started off as clients.

Anytime someone was ill, Rosie was the first one in the kitchen making enough to feed an army and the first at their door to drop it off and help any way she could. It was never just about doing things for others…but making it personal.

When I had a family of my own, Rosie and I would often pick a part of the house (often the kitchen) and pull everything out and reorganize it. Not because it wasn’t working, but because it could always be better, more efficient, easier to clean & use (except for my husband who found out after the fact everything in the kitchen was relocated).

Ask Anna grew from watching Rosie treat strangers like family…care with her whole heart and always think of how she could help others. We simply took her approach to real estate, to people, and to obsessive organization (lol) and built it from there. We look forward to sharing her ways with you and helping however we can!
